Traci Watson is Senior Vice President and Manager of the D.C. & Baltimore NCS. During her 20-year tenure with Chicago Title, Traci’s dedication has led to increasing responsibility with the Company. Currently, she manages local and national operations in Washington DC and Baltimore, Maryland. Along with 20 years of title industry experience, Traci brings dedication, humor, an entrepreneurial management style and problem-solving abilities that make her an industry leader. As a result, Traci proudly leads one of the top commercial title teams in the country and strives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Traci has a Business Degree from University of MD University College. She is a member of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA) and DCLTA (DC Land Title Association). Traci supports numerous local charities and, when she can find some spare time, she explores her sense of adventure and love of travel.
