As National Commercial Counsel, Lori supports local and national commercial real estate transactions across a broad range of property types. Licensed in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia, she brings extensive experience resolving complex title issues and guiding transactions to closing. Before joining the company, Lori spent nine years representing commercial lenders and managing a law firm’s commercial title department. She is known for her problem‑solving approach and dedication to service.

Lori is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (“MSBA”), the MSBA Real Property Law Section, and the DC Bar Association. She is also a member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the Title Action Network (TAN) , and the Maryland Land Title Association (MLTA). Lori has taken part in the Advocacy Summit, Lobby Days, and Title Review Counsels. As an active member of CREW Baltimore, she serves as a chairperson for the Outreach Committee, assists in planning the annual golf tournament and previously served on the board of directors.
Lori earned her BS in Business Administration (cum laude) and MBA (magna cum laude) from Salisbury University before obtaining her JD from Widener University School of Law while working full time as a law clerk at McCarter & English. Outside of work, she lives in Severna Park, Maryland, enjoys long‑distance running and swimming, painting, and spending time with family, friends, and her bernedoodle, Barkley.
