Joanne Leong serves as Senior Vice President and Manager of Chicago Title’s Washington, D.C. and Baltimore National Commercial Services (NCS) operations. With more than two decades of experience in the real estate and title insurance industry, Joanne brings deep expertise in underwriting and closing complex commercial real estate transactions across diverse asset classes at both the local and national levels. Her tenure as Special Commercial Counsel further strengthens her ability to guide parties through sophisticated transactions with clarity, efficiency, and sound judgment.
