Joining the NCS in 2021, Thomas performs title searches for entities purchasing or refinancing commercial properties in Virginia. His role includes searching county land records to obtain plats, judgments, easements, and lease agreements. Thomas also drafts title abstract reports to assist underwriters when analyzing the marketability of title.

Thomas has a B.S. in General Science from Morehouse College and a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech. He earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and is a member of the Maryland Court of Appeals, and a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Thomas is a decade long resident of the DC-Maryland-Virginia area.
