Will serves as Vice President and Commercial Counsel for the Washington, D.C., National Commercial Services operation. He supports complex commercial real estate transactions at both the local and national levels, working closely with lenders, borrowers, and outside counsel to oversee title review, coordinate transaction documents, and ensure recording compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Will is focused on efficiently identifying and resolving title issues to help drive smooth, accurate, and timely closings for sophisticated commercial transactions.
