Wahneek serves as a Commercial Underwriter for Chicago Title’s Washington, D.C. National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She began her career with the company as a receptionist and later advanced into the production department, building a strong foundation through hands‑on experience across multiple roles. In her current position, Wahneek is responsible for reviewing and analyzing title searches, abstracts, deeds, liens, easements, plats, and surveys. She plays a key role in verifying ownership, legal descriptions, and chain of title to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless transaction execution
