Title abstracting isn’t just my work, it’s the way I read the world. Every deed, every easement, every forgotten note in the margins is a story waiting to be followed. I do this because I love the hunt and the history that lives within the land records.
Larry’s roots in the field run deep—his mother was a title abstractor at the Rockville courthouse for Betts, Clogg & Murdock from 1964 to 1977. He has been exploring land records since the age of 3. Larry currently resides near the top of a beautiful mountain in the middle of nowhere.
