Charlotte serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development for Chicago Title’s DC–MD–VA National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. A seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years of industry experience, she leads regional and national business development initiatives and provides strategic transaction and account management support to attorneys, developers, lenders, REITs, private investors, and institutional clients. Her leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, responsiveness, and delivering measurable value at every stage of a transaction.

Charlotte is deeply engaged in both industry and community organizations, including the DC Building Industry Association (DCBIA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), the ULI Washington Advisory Board, ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), ICSC, CREW DC and CREW Northern Virginia, Georgetown Lombardi Women, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, NAIOP MD/DC, and NAIOP Northern Virginia. She resides in Cabin John, Maryland, with her husband and two dogs. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys travel, community service, live music, and collecting contemporary art.
