Matt serves as Vice President and Commercial Counsel and underwrites and closes local and national single and multi-site commercial real estate transactions involving a wide range of property types. Matt’s previous work in private practice was focused on title insurance and real estate related litigation. His experience handling complex title insurance claims has provided Matt with the necessary insight to address client needs and avoid title pitfalls.

Matt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. from the University of Maryland.
