An industry veteran, Larry joined the NCS in 2021 and serves as in-house title abstractor for all counties in the State of Maryland. His earlier experiences include being co-owner and vice president of Old Mill Title, Inc. located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland doing strictly Prince George’s County title work for LandAmerica Financial Group, Lawyers Title Corporation, First American Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, and numerous other commercial settlement companies between 1996 to 2006. After 19 years of working solely in Prince George’s County, Larry left Maryland to work as lead title analyst on oil and gas drilling and pipeline projects for Sunoco and Chevron USA, Inc. within the state of Pennsylvania.

Larry’s mother was a title abstractor at the Rockville County Courthouse from 1964 until 1977. He has been running around land records since he was 4 years old.
