Keith serves as Vice President and Commercial Counsel for Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation servicing D.C., Maryland, and Virginia and beyond. In this role, he underwrites both local and national title transactions. His responsibilities include conducting due diligence by reviewing and analyzing purchase agreements, mortgages, leases, deeds, and related land records for each property. Keith ensures that all title-related issues are identified and resolved prior to closing, while also managing associated risk throughout the transaction process.
