Joanne Leong is Vice President and Manager of Chicago Title’s Washington, D.C. and Baltimore National Commercial Services (NCS) operations. She has been in the real estate and title insurance industry since 2002. Joanne has extensive experience underwriting and closing commercial real estate transactions in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia with both local and national clients. Her portfolio includes single and multi-site transactions of mixed-use projects which incorporated office, hotel, residential, senior living, retail and industrial components. Joanne has also served as Special Commercial Counsel for the Company.

Joanne has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Washington College of Law at American University. Joanne resides in Bethesda, Maryland with her family and loves pickleball and tennis.
