Liz is a well-known and trusted commercial title insurance underwriter and sales professional with more than 28 years of experience in the industry. Her focus is multi-family, affordable housing, higher education, renewable energy, and other large scale development projects.
Liz has been an active member of CREW Richmond for the last 25 years where she served as president in 2016 and continues to serve on various committees. She is an active member of CREW Coastal, also serving on their PR committee. Liz is an active member of ULI Virginia, ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, CREW Network’s Industry Research Committee, and is a Greater Richmond Area Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) committee member. She is a board member of the Greater Virginia Women’s Affordable Housing Network (GVWAHN), and current president of the Richmond Real Estate Group, a commercial real estate organization. Liz is past chair and current committee member of the Virginia Commonwealth University’s Real Estate Trends Conference (VCURETC), and executive board member for the VCU Real Estate Circle of Excellence.

Liz earned a J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. A mother of three, she resides in Richmond, Virginia. Liz is an avid marathon runner, skier, and self-proclaimed “Cranky Yankee.”
