As Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Counsel, Diane’s focus is on complex commercial title and underwriting matters. She advises on high‑value and sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, providing legal analysis and risk assessment to internal teams and customers. Diane’s responsibilities include reviewing and resolving underwriting issues, interpreting policy coverage, and collaborating closely with sales, escrow, and underwriting teams to facilitate efficient closings.

Diane is a member of Northern Virginia Commercial Real Estate Women and of the Membership Committee. She received her undergraduate degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and received her juris doctor from the University of Akron School of Law. Diane lives in Sterling, Virginia and enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, and spending time with my family.
